No account is required – you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account makes it easier to view your order history, manage past purchases, and re-download your files anytime.

Just your name and a valid email address. Your email is where we’ll send your order confirmation and download link, so make sure it’s correct before completing checkout.

Instantly. As soon as your payment is confirmed, your files are available for download – no waiting, no shipping.

Once payment is complete, you can access your files in two ways: directly from the order confirmation page on the website, or via the download link sent to your email.

First, check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder — confirmation emails sometimes get filtered there. If you still can’t find it, contact us at [email protected] and we’ll resend your download link right away.

Try the following: clear your browser cache, switch to a different browser, or use the download link from your confirmation email. If the issue continues, contact our support team and we’ll resend your files or assist you directly.

Files are packaged in a ZIP folder to keep everything organized and reduce the overall download size. You’ll need to extract the ZIP before you can open or use any of the files inside.

• Windows: Right-click the ZIP file → select “Extract All” → click Extract.
• Mac: Double-click the ZIP file — it extracts automatically.

If extraction fails, try using a free tool like WinRAR or 7-Zip. Always extract your files before uploading them to Cricut, Silhouette, or any design software.

Yes. SVG, EPS, DXF, and PDF files can be edited using software such as Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Inkscape, or similar programs. You can resize, recolor, or adjust elements to suit your project.

It depends on the license attached to the product. Some designs include Commercial Use rights, while others are for Personal Use only. Always check the product description before using files for commercial projects or resale of finished goods.

No. Reselling, sharing, or redistributing the original files – in any format – is strictly prohibited, regardless of the license type. This applies to both unmodified and modified versions of the files.

We accept Credit/Debit Cards and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely at checkout.

Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are generally final once the files have been accessed. If you experience a technical issue – such as a download error or corrupted file – please contact us and we’ll resolve it promptly.

Yes. If you were charged twice for the same product, contact us via the Contact page or live chat on our website. We’ll issue a refund for the duplicate charge or offer you a store credit toward a different product of equal value.

Make sure you’ve extracted the ZIP file first – files cannot be opened directly from inside a ZIP folder. If the file still won’t open after extracting, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll investigate and send you a replacement file as quickly as possible.
