  • Files can be accessed via the order confirmation page and your confirmation email
  • There is no limit on the number of times you may download your purchased files

We strongly recommend saving your files to a secure location or cloud storage service (such as Google Drive or Dropbox) immediately after download.

Inpavilion is not responsible for any loss of files due to device failure, accidental deletion, or circumstances beyond our control.

VIII. Refund & return policy

Exceptions may be considered in the following cases:
